Punchcard - official App Reviews

I downloaded this app and started using it a month ago on all of my grocery purchases at SaveOn Foods. I filled the card and when I went to redeem at the store, the card was no longer "my punchcards", instead I was met with a screen telling that I didnt have any cards started. Although you have to create an account, there is no way to restore what you have submitted. This is just a creative new way to capture purchasing history from the consumer to sell the data back to the retailers. THERE ARE NO CASH REWARDS AS THEY CLAIM IN THE APP STORE DESCRIPTION.

This app recently changed its terms of conditions and is now only available to residents of the 50 contiguous States in the U.S. even though its still listed here in the Canadian store. This was the last straw for me after a string of revisions to the benefits of the app which saw it go from a revolutionary idea in loyalty marketing to just a nuisance and waste of time for the user. Way to kill a great idea Gigway.

I LOVE THIS APP! There is one thing that needs to be fixed. It crashes and then it takes a couple of days before you can use again. I dont know why this happens but its absolutely a wonderful app especially if you use MPLUS REWARDS:) THANKS

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS APP!!!!! I have been using this app for a year. Several problems have been noted. The rewards per submitted receipt is usually minimal (5 points). Plus, there were several times that I didnt get my points, as other user have also experienced. Like the others, I made three (3) attempts to contact them about this via email. They didnt have the courtesy to even respond! Well as of today, I am responding by DELETING their app.

HELLO FIX YOUR APP! Is anyone out here that reads this stuff? The best part of the app is adding the receipts into a file now it doesnt do that anymore gives me an error please fix. Ty.

I cannot get this app to work. It either crashes or is buggy. The framework it is built on is old and looks like it was made 4 years ago.

It says check back for rewards so it doesnt let you have any clue what your saving for. A pocket full of lent could need an amount written in scientific notation for all I know at the moment. And whats the mpoints side. It needs more stuff explained

The app constantly freezes and requires frequent restarts!

Ever since the app updated to iOS 10 I cant collect my points. Before this the app was perfect

The 10/08/16 update for iOS 10 is a big fail! Daily tap in points are accruing but unable to collect them. Additionally the app freezes up making it impossible for any new receipts to be uploaded.

With this latest update, it freezes when I try to collect points! Before updating, I couldnt post any receipt and after doing update, I was happy to be able to post receipts. Now, I cannot collect the points. Please fix! I did delete and reinstall which did nothing.

Not working right after last upgrade. Cant Share and retrieve my points. UGH!

Ever since I updated to iOS 10 it has not given me my points. I can load the app but the mpoints just freeze up. Please fix.

Every since I updated punch card now Im not able to collect my points. I even e-mailed the support team last week. No response, which I was surprised that I didnt even get a email stating that it was received. Wish you didnt updated something that wasnt broken. To make matters worse I removed the app and added back. Big mistake. Lost the points that still there but couldnt collect.
